Introduction of Steam + Pressure Brick Production Line

This system can use sand and lime to produce steam bricks .
The procedure is that mixing these material and treating it and forming green brick,
and then deliver it to a pressured room with steam . Some hours late the steamed
bricks could be delivered out to a storage room . This is the final products.

It have the same strength of fired ( or say red ) bricks. But steamed bricks
looks more smothly and fairness in appearance . It can be used to build the wall of the house
or other buildings.

And also it can be used as the decorating bricks to be used in the wall surface or
the garden decorating application site.

This kind brick production ways also solve the lack of good Clay soil problems. As in some
countries and cities without good clay soils. They could not produce "fired Clay brick".
But our technology solved these problem . You just have sand and lime you could produce bricks.
Is it a wonderful and smart way ??

ALso our system is a half automatic system , it just need 8-10 workers for a production
line with capacity 20 to 40 Million brick/year.

The other advantage is the low investment , this kind production line the investment level
just need 1/3 of the fired ( red ) brick production line.
