Heilan Company Group is located in Jiangyin City, which is in the hinterland of Yangtze River  Delta, the important part of Shanghai economical circle in East China, also first class foreign opening city authorized by the State Council.

Through 40 years development, the Heilan Group and Heilan International Trade Co. , Ltd. (former Jiangyin Foreign Trade Group,set up in 1973,) has developed from a goods supply company to an Import & Export Trade Group integrated with technology, production and trade owning big scale and strength .

In January, 2002, by the Jiangyin government's authorization, Jiangyin Sunway becomes one of the holding companies of China Heilan Group Company. After reorganization, Heilan International Trading Co., Ltd was established.
